You can initiate a return or exchange within 30 business days of your order delivery date.
We cover your shipping cost to send back items to be exchanged, and we also cover the shipping cost to send your items back for store credit.
The Nines does not cover the return shipping cost for refunds to original payment method.
All items must be unused, unwashed, and should be returned in their original packaging with tag still attached.

Photo of the incorrect item and packing list Upon confirming that you received the wrong item, we will create a return label for you, and you will be shipped the correct item within 7-10 business days.

Photograph clearly showing the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item, taken on a flat surface with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to assist you with your order and ensure that similar errors are prevented in future printing.
